β’Key that you keep the power of my star, shows your true form before me, Sakura, who accepted the mission with you. Release !β’
Hello everyone, I hope you're having an excellent day, in today's post I would like to show how to make a necklace of the second key of Sakura Card Captor
- It's my favorite anime, I love it -
β’ Body of the key β’First, we need to do the body of the key
- How do we do it? easy -
Using the copper wire [25 cm long] and with the help of a cylinder of 3.5 cm of diameter, we will make the circular part where is found the star, then we press and turn the copper wire with the help of a tweezer until obtaining a length of 2.5 - 3 cm and then we cut
β’ Cover the circular part β’With the help of an extruder and a circular matrix of 2 mm of diameter, we will create a circular strip of the length you prefer. We will introduce the pink polymer clay in the extruder and close it. With the help of a flat surface, we will press the bottom of the extruder as if it were a syringe, until you see that the circular pink strip starts to come out
β’ Note: if you don't have an extruder like of the image, you can flattening the pink polymer clay until you get the right thickness β’
Then we will cover the circular part [with the help of white glue] by rolling the pink strip around of him
β’ Molding the bottom of the key β’For this step we are going to need a molding tool and white polymer clay
You will mold a small ball of white polymer clay, you will make a hole in the center with the molding tool [for it's fine part] in the next way, as indicated in the series of photographs
You will mold a ball smaller than the previous one of white polymer clay, you press them a bit and then you will make a hole in the center
Having these two molded parts, proceed to introduce in the lower part of the key to begin to shape
We will take a piece of white dough and we will stretch it with the help of a rolling pin until we obtain a thickness of 2 mm to cut in form of a rectangle of 2 cm x 4 cm and roll it around the copper wire with help of white glue of the following way
To finish the key, we will make 2 super small squares that will be the final touch of itand we will proceed to make a small hole with the molding tool without breakthru the first ball of molded dough, as I do in the following example
β’ Molding the star β’For the star we will need a cutter that is suitable for the size of the circle of the key. We will take the white polymer clay and we will start to flatten with a roller until to obtain an thickness of approximate of 8 mm and next we will cut the star
Then we will use the molding tool to make lines from each of the tips of the star to the other end, as indicated here
Then with the same tool we will crush diagonally each one of those triangles that were formed, on this way, until the star looks like a Staryu β₯
β’ Paint work and details β’Once the star is finished, place the white glue on each of its tips and stick it on the inner circle of the key, trying to make it look centered. We paint with the golden paint and add a red mini ball to represent the gem that it carries
β’ Wings β’We will make two mini balls and we will molding them with the finger until they look like water drops and we proceed to mold with the help of the tool to simulate the wings. Already finished, we will stick the wings to both side and we will have finished our nice necklace
β’ Now let's catch your own cards β’πΈ Photography by: @exzorltg πΈ
