幸运是一种思维方式，也是一种内在能力。 在签订倡议书以后，我自始自终贯彻不使用小号、不使用AI配图的号召。但在接下来几个月的观察中发现，社区内依然有人同一天内用两个账号继续发文，配图也存在使用AI的现象。 那是不是意思就是，只要公开被社区知晓的小号就被默认为继续可以使用？有些人就是可以使用AI配图的？还是说倡议书只是针对一部分人，却可以让另一些人继续方便行事？

Food｜Some Lower Calorific Power Food 一些最近我喜欢的低卡食物
按理来说冬天是最好的减脂时节，但大冷天的为了保暖，我大多会吃热量比较高的食物。好在仅剩的危机意识让我清醒，春天不减肥夏天徒伤悲啊，必须抓住春天的尾巴。 除了加强有氧运动以外，我在饮食上也会比较注意。早上会摄入蛋白质和碳水化物，中午一般也会吃饱（肉和米饭），但是晚上基本就不碰碳水了。

City Walk｜YiYun JiLu and Jindai Bridge 逸云寄庐&锦带桥
从孤山景区走出来以后，左拐就能看到逸云寄庐。这是一座三层小楼，中西合并的建筑风格。它初建于民国时期，曾被叫做“明鉴楼”，后期有多次休整。 这次走的比较仓促，没有进去看看。路过门口的时候，看到不少中老年人在里面品评书画，想来这座小楼目前是用作文化交流相关的工作了。 沿着路往前走，我以为是白堤还是苏堤，但看到介绍说叫“锦带桥”。这座桥建造于宋朝，原名叫“汉壁桥”。在这座桥上，可以欣赏著名西湖十景之一「三潭印月」。
