Tienes mucha raz贸n, no es solo lograr la venta. Si logras la fidelidad siemrpe tendras un cliente que adicionalmente traer谩 m谩s clientes... Al final de cuentas he llegado a pensar la fidelidad se logra sin mucho esfuerzo si realmetne te gusta lo que haces... Si no te gusta mucho si tienes que ponerle mucho esfuerzo jejeje
