Hi. Thanks for reading and commenting. Your are right that anyone thinking in a venture should perform a swot analysis. But even when your analysis is really good, you must be aware that some other non considered situations may arise. We should remember that planing is only a plan. We are trying to be prepare for as many situations as we can. But we are not perfect.
The ability to react in the best way to any new situation is also a paramaount skill for any entrepreneur.
