What is commitment?
Commitment is a promise to ourselves or others reflected in the responsibility of our actions of doing, executing, entering, doing. Commitment in everyday life is expressed in words that express a willingness to do something.
Then how to build that commitment
Well, I will give some steps and example,
One of the reasons behind why a person is hard to commit is because he is afraid of love that requires reciprocity.
As said by a Chinese philosopher, Lao Tzu
"Being loved by someone gives us strength, while loving someone deeply gives us courage"
Commitment requires mutual love not one-sided.
Some couples believe that a lifetime commitment can only be done with the best friend. And when a person feels his partner has not been his best friend, he may still be hesitant to commit to the relationship. For that, make sure that your partner has become the best friend for us. Thus, we will more easily commit to our relationship.
As long as there is any doubt in the heart to be serious in a relationship, a person will never be able to commit to his partner. Doubt is the seed of evil that makes love unable to thrive in the hearts of every couple. So make sure that we have thrown away any doubts in our hearts and minds when committed to the couple.
Make a target when we want to marry or have a serious relationship with someone. If you already have a partner, make clear targets about your relationship. Thus, your relationship will gradually lead to a serious direction and that commitment will form by itself.
Remember, that commitment comes from the heart. If we feel hesitant and difficult to commit to the couple, try to ask for input from the people closest to us. Maybe they know better the reasoning behind it all
