Today, I'll be sharing one of my DIY projects with you all, and guess what? Someone bought this particular one!!!
I made a DIY wall decor, and I didn't know it was going to turn out as good as it did, nor did I expect to get my first client!
I love my DIY crafts and I do them for fun. I mostly decorate my apartment with them or give them out as gifts. A friend decided to buy this one, and I was amazed. I didn鈥檛 even know how much to sell it for馃槀 but yeah, it was a nice feeling.
I鈥檝e had these popsicle sticks for a while and I didn't know I could do so much with them. With one pack of popsicle sticks, I鈥檝e been able to make about four crafts from them, and I still have some left. I鈥檓 so happy I got them.
To make this amazing wall decor, I used the following materials and followed the steps below.
Materials
Popsicle sticks
Carton
Scissors
Gum
DVD
Glue
Step 1:
I started by using the DVD to draw a big circle, neatly and evenly.
Step 2:
I proceeded to carve out the circle, making sure the edges were neat and smooth.
Step 3:
I applied gum to the edges of the popsicle sticks and placed them neatly on the carton.
Step 4:
After placing all the popsicle sticks, I applied glue on the DVD and attached it to the popsicle sticks.
Step 5:
I attached another DVD to the other side and I left everything to dry for hours. When all the popsicle sticks were properly dried, I attached a flower to cover the hole in the middle of the DVD. In no time, I was done and I patted myself on the backkkkk馃グ馃グ馃グ
This is how to make a DIY wall decor with popsicle sticks, and if you ever want to try it out, I鈥檇 advise you to use a firm table to enable you press the popsicle sticks to the carton properly.
