So I was having a conversation with one of the smartest people I have come across. He's an infectious disease specialist. We were talking about cures in general and how they are actually harmful to a doctor trying to run a business. I acknowledge that it is ethically wrong to withhold a cure but looking at this from a business perspective, a cure gives your client the reason not to return. What do you think?
