Hello everyone in this community! After a week focused on my business and getting everything in order, I decided to participate in [initiative #40](https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@charjaim/la-esencia-de-lo-simple) to reflect. It seemed like the perfect opportunity, since I slept poorly last night—in fact, I usually sleep poorly where I live—so I was overwhelmed with thoughts and desperately needed a mental break. So, as soon as I finished my sewing project for today, I took some time to analyze which moments in my life make it more enjoyable or help me when I feel like I don't have the strength to go on.

I'm not exactly an expert, but I love replicating things I see online or designing my own, whether it's clothes, bags, or other fabric accessories. Since I learned to sew, I've started to see it in a different light, and I always try to make what I need. I also have an [online shop](https://www.instagram.com/sue_citos/) where I offer some items for purchase. I truly enjoy the entire creative process and feel so fulfilled when I finish each piece, no matter how simple it may be. I hope that those who buy my products are satisfied with my work, which is why I strive to make them high-quality and affordable.

### 🎨✂️💚 DRAWING AND CRAFTING 🎨✂️💚
Before I got into sewing, I mostly did crafts. I made everything that caught my eye and sold it at bazaars and even at a market. I also worked for a while painting gift bags and boxes, and for me, that job was wonderful because I felt like I was in my happy place. Now, I draw and make collages mainly to relax. I like to take a break during the day for it or do it at the end of my workday, as a kind of "reward" for my hard work. There are no rules or limitations in these activities; it's just me and my creativity, and that always fills me with energy, especially when I can calmly review what I've done.

### 😋☕️💚 DRINKING COFFEE AND EATING MY FAVORITE FOODS 💚😋☕️
I'm a coffee person. I love coffee, and I can't start my day properly until I've had a good cup of freshly brewed coffee. That's why, when I taste the first cup of coffee, I feel like my day is perfect. Even if I'm feeling overwhelmed or sad, I know that if I make myself a cup of coffee, my mood will change immediately. The same thing happens when I eat my favorite foods. I love vegetables, so I like to eat a lot of them, and I add plenty of vegetables to my soups. I never get tired of eating soups, so a good meal can make me feel at peace with myself.

### 😻😸 💚 WATCHING THE CATS 💚😻😸
Pets are wonderful. When we love our furry companions, their mere existence can bring a smile to our faces. I'm always keeping an eye on what the cats in the apartment are doing, mostly because Cleo is a kitten and I try to make sure she doesn't get into any mischief. But in the case of Ying, the adult cat, it warms my heart to see him do even the simplest things, because he's truly adorable. Ying likes to jump on the table and lie down next to my supplies. I let him because his mere presence brings me such a feeling of well-being 😇

### 🌳🚶‍♀💚 WALKING 💚🌳🚶‍♀
Right now I'm grounded because I can't go out, haha, but before I moved, since I lived in a central area, I loved going for walks without a specific destination, visiting shops, and heading back when my legs started to hurt. That simple act of walking filled me with energy and inspired me to keep pushing myself the rest of the days. I've tried to implement that routine where I live now... but it's impossible for me to go out every day, although I will try to go for walks again, even if it's just once a week, whether it's to a park with greenery or to explore new places.

### ✨✍️💚 WRITING 💚✨✍️💚
Whether it's a blog post or writing funny stories with friends, writing is one of my favorite and most relaxing daily activities. Years ago, when I started writing love stories, I truly felt that just writing made me whole. I've neglected my solo writing a bit to write with friends, but I'm going to get back to writing for myself. It's a great way not only to release emotions but also to expand my creativity. Whenever I write, I'm left with an indescribable joy. I think it's one of my obsessions, haha, which is why I ended up liking the platform so much 🤗

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad! Luego de una semana en la que he estado centrándome en mi emprendimiento y poniendo todo en orden, he decidido participar en la [iniciativa #40](https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@charjaim/la-esencia-de-lo-simple), con la finalidad de reflexionar. Me pareció ideal, ya que anoche dormí mal, de hecho, la mayor parte del tiempo duermo mal en donde vivo, así que estaba agobiada con mis pensamientos, necesitando con urgencia un pequeño "break mental". De ese modo, en cuanto terminé mi labor de costura pautada para hoy, me tomé el tiempo para analizar qué momentos de mi vida, hacen que la misma sea más agradable o me ayudan cuando siento que no tengo fuerzas de continuar.

No es que sea una experta, pero me encanta replicar las cosas que veo por internet o diseñar, ya sea ropa, bolsos o demás accesorios en tela. Desde que aprendí a coser, comencé a ver la costura de una forma diferente y siempre trato en la medida de hacerme lo que necesito. Por otro lado, también tengo una [tienda virtual](https://www.instagram.com/sue_citos/) en donde suelo ofrecer algunos artículos para su compra. Realmente disfruto todo el proceso de creación y me siento tan realizada cuando termino cada pieza, por más sencilla que esta sea. Espero que aquellos que adquieran mis productos, queden satisfechos con mi trabajo, por eso me esfuerzo en que sea algo de calidad y accesible.

### 🎨✂️💚 DIBUJAR Y HACER MANUALIDADES 🎨✂️💚
Antes de meterme de lleno en la costura, yo hacía más que nada manualidades. Realizaba todo lo que me llamaba la atención y lo vendía en bazares y hasta en un mercado. También, trabajé un tiempo pintando bolsas y cajas de regalo y para mí, ese trabajo era estupendo porque me sentía en mi lugar feliz. Ahora, dibujo y hago collages más que nada para relajarme. Me gusta tomarme un break en el día para ello o hacerlo al finalizar mi jornada, como una especie de "premio" por mi arduo esfuerzo. No hay reglas ni limitaciones en estas actividades, soy sólo yo con mi creatividad y eso, siempre me llena de energía, sobre todo cuando puedo revisar lo que he hecho con calma.

### 😋☕️💚 TOMAR CAFÉ Y COMER MIS COMIDAS FAVORITAS 💚😋☕️
Soy una persona cafecera, amo el café y no puedo empezar mi día como tal hasta que no haya tomado una buena taza de café recién colado, por eso, cuando pruebo la primera taza de café, siento que mi día es perfecto e inclusive, si me siento agobiada o triste, sé que si me preparo una taza de café, mi ánimo cambiará de inmediato. Lo mismo ocurre cuando como mis comidas favoritas. Me encantan los vegetales, así que me gusta comer muchos de ellos y agrego bastante verduras a mis sopas. No me canso de comer sopas, así que una buena comida, puede hacer que me sienta en paz conmigo misma.

### 😻😸 💚 CONTEMPLANDO A LOS GATOS 💚😻😸
Las mascotas son maravillosas. Cuando amamos a nuestros compañeros peludos, con su simple existencia, son capaces de sacarte una sonrisa. Todo el tiempo estoy al pendiente de lo que hacen los gatos que hay en el apartamento, más que nada porque *Cleo* es una gata bebé y trato de estar pendiente de que no haga alguna travesura, pero en el caso de *Ying*, el gato adulto, me enternece verlo realizar hasta lo más simple, porque es realmente adorable. A Ying le gusta subirse a la mesa y acostarse junto a mis materiales, yo lo dejo estar porque su mera presencia, genera un intenso bienestar en mi ser 😇

### 🌳🚶‍♀💚 CAMINAR 💚🌳🚶‍♀
Ahorita estoy castigada porque no salgo jaja pero antes de mudarme, como vivía en una zona céntrica, me encantaba salir a caminar sin rumbo fijo, visitar las tiendas y devolverme cuando ya me dolían las piernas. Ese simple acto de caminar, me llenaba de energía y me inspiraba a seguirme esforzando el resto de los días. He tratado de implementar esa rutina en donde vivo actualmente... pero se me hace imposible salir a diario, aunque si trataré de salir a caminar de nuevo, así sea una vez por semana, ya sea a un parque con vegetación o a conocer nuevos lugares.

### ✨✍️💚 ESCRIBIR 💚✨✍️💚
Ya sea una publicación para mi blog o escribir historias divertidas con amigos, escribir es una de las actividades diarias que más me encantan y me relajan. Hace años, cuando comencé a escribir historias de amor, realmente sentía que sólo con escribir, mi ser estaba completo. He abandonado un poco mis historias en solitario por escribir junto a amigos, pero voy a reintegrarme a escribir para mí, es una buena manera no sólo para drenar las emociones, sino para ampliar la creatividad. Siempre que escribo, quedo con una alegría indescriptible. Creo que es una de mis obsesiones jaja por eso, acabó gustándome tanto la plataforma 🤗
