I don't know if it's bad etiquette to post on an old post, but I was browsing the pineapple map, and saw Hadleigh castle!! I just had to comment. one of my fondest childhood memories was of flying kites there with friends. Years and years ago now. Did you know Anne Boleyn was rumoured to have stayed there? Glad to see the ruins are much the same, and as always sad to to see that so little was preserved from its original grandeur.
