Art # 5 : Guess and comment the Portrait

Hello guys,
After a few days, I've drawn a portrait.
This time I make you people guess the famous personality.

A few words,

She is a person who lived most of her life in the country of India.
She received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979. She helped the poor people, orphaned children, the sick, lepers, the aged, the dying, the disabled, and AIDS victims. She had also received many awards.
