Very wise advice. I totally agree with your advice/suggestions. After all in real life there is always a people who like us and hate us too, people who supported us and against us. Its almost impossible to make everyone like us because some of them will hate us for whatever reason. It may because of they disagree with us or it might because conflict of interests.
