I also recommended that video a week or so ago in your chaos theory post. It's a great introduction to central banking.
The US dollar is backed by the military, forced oil deals with other countries in dollars (petro-dollar) and the general public not having much of an idea about other options.
So when crypto currencies become more mainstream I can see people choosing to use currencies that are not backed with violence or hyper-inflated to oblivion. It will lead to central banks and governments losing a lot of their power because they can no longer get free money when needed. The good news is that it's a good check on corruption so there will be a big backlash for tighter control before that happens.
I'm pretty optimistic about the future because the popularity of cryptocurrencies will only increase the worse things get even though they are volatile. I thought DAI wasn't backed by US dollar but looks like it is.
I think you would like a channel called dollar vigilante who was on YouTube but now is on his website, LBRY or bitchute. He talks about central banking and all this kind of stuff in an entertaining way. He also recently released a book called 'The controlled demolition of the American empire' on Amazon.
