Here's a thought: if you are going to advance to the next level, hodl your packs. In your case, advance to Gold level then open say, 10 packs and see if you get better valued cards. Perhaps, being in Gold, your gold foil percentage will improve and hopefully, you will get more legendary ones too. You may then want to hodl some of the packs for your next level advance.
