My land is very rocky too. Some are so large even an excavator cant pick them up. I have to use chipping hammer on them. It is so much work but after you are done it is just upkeep and pleasure for the rest of your life. I am fortunate that I dont have bankers hanging over me telling me to hurry. When I started on this property I started with a construction loan. Now we only have to pay the tax criminals and keep it up.
