2 things Japan and Israel.

The Japan one I suspect this
"It is a covid-19 vaccine "excipient" sold by Sinopeg. The polyethylene glycol PEG listed as an ingredient is sold by Sinopeg." I read somewhere that it claimed to be functional graphene. I cant find it.
