Instead of approaching our financial lives as a practice of constant self sacrifice centered on how and where we shouldn鈥檛 spend , we should shift our attention to creating spaces in our financial lives to spend on the things we truly value

Once you鈥檝e figured out your values enacting budget can help ground them are keep them at the forefront of your day to day decision making so don鈥檛 impress in face of momentary temptations or temporary convenience - Consider and reassess
Reflect on your cost each month, as you generate more mindfulness around your financial behavior, you鈥檒l become better at cutting out unimportant expenses. Financial planning is not a practice of self deprivation, it is an intentional approach or process to making daily spending decisions that relate to our big picture. The pretty part of it? We each get to define what that picture look like.
