HOW TO : upload a PROFILE PICTURE /COVER PHOTO on Steemit- EASY STEPS
Hey I have troubles with getting the profile picture here.
I tried the suggested site that steemit wrote down in FAQ but it did not work.
So i saw some people putting their profile pictures in a post.
This is the point of this post. :)
UPDATE- so...
GETTING THE LINK
Steemit suggests in FAQ that we go to this third party site and upload a pic there, but that for me did not work.
The other option is to put the picture in a post.
As seen below I did put a picture (500x500 px) in a post.
Then , when I uploaded the post. I could just press the RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON on the picture in the published post and click : open in new tab
Then once the picture is open you just simply copy the URL off of that tab.
LAST STEP-
go to settings-and paste the URL LINK in the profile picture url box ...
click save and refresh your page :)
