I recently learned about this challenge and decided to join for the first time. Let me take you around our neighborhood mall where we go for grocery shopping. This is an activity that we do on a biweekly basis.
We dropped by Chinatown walk to scout around the different food stalls.
This is usually a busy area where a lot of people dine. It's also a good place to take photos. The hanging lanterns light up the area.
Since we didn't find anything we liked, we headed inside the mall and saw some more stalls that sell food and gift items. It's almost Christmastime so stalls such as these are quite common in shopping areas.
In the end, we decided to dine at the food court. For tonight, we chose Flaming Wings.
Dinner came in the form of chicken tenders that come with your choice of sauce and dip. My daughter went for garlic parmesan and bleu cheese. I was more adventurous tonight, so I tried hot honey and wasabi mayo. I actually liked the color combination.
After dinner, it was time to get down to business. Here's a tour of the supermarket.
We choose to do our grocery shopping here due to its proximity to our home.
Tonight, the grocery personnel were busy setting up for a weekend payday sale that begins tomorrow. See those lovely arrangements.
You could say everyone's getting ready for the holidays with these gift packs.
It's a spacious supermarket that covers two levels. We usually start from the second level then go down the first where we also check out.
