I'm a sky watcher, always has been and probably always will be. I simply love watching the sky. One reason would probably be that it's so vast that I feel so small, and my troubles seem even smaller.
In school, we were taught the different kinds of clouds. Well, I've been out of school for so long now that I probably do not remember them all. I just know that when you see gray clouds hovering over the sky, you better make sure you have an umbrella with you when you're going out. It would most likely rain. Let me share with you some of the sky -- and clouds -- photos that I have taken over the years.
The cover photo was taken at Stilts Calatagan Beach Resort as we were welcoming the sunrise. See how the clouds gathered. We were glad they did not completely cover the sky, as a typhoon just left the country then. It turned out to be a sunny yet rainy morning.
Don't you just love how those clouds gathered on this photo taken at Calvary Hills, Iguig, Cagayan? It was the month of May and summer was still on at that time. Boy, that was one hot day indeed!
I love how clouds gather during the summer season. Here's another fantastic shot taken during our cove tour at Pico de Loro in Nasugbu, Batangas. This was in the month of April, right in the middle of summer.
Here's one taken in the middle of the city. I thought it was rather fascinating how the clouds gathered that I took this photo.
Last, here's a lovely cloud formation taken from our travel to Sagada, Mt. Province. And yes, it was summer season too.
I could go on and on, but I think you already get the point. LOL! Besides, I do not want to bore you with such a lengthy post. So that's it for today's prompt. Hope you'll join me again tomorrow.
