「換個角度，人生就會不一樣。」
這部在PTT的評價沒很好，不過我覺得不到難看的地步啦，只是不需要到電影院看就是了。
片名取得確實不好，「不幹了，我開除了黑心公司」讓人以為是片大爽片，但其實不然，也不是這部電影想傳達的核心價值，英文名To Each His Own反倒比較精準的表達出這部片的價值，每個人都有他的想法及看待世界的方式，誠如提出意義治療的Viktor E. Frankl ，人不免受肉體、心理等層面的限制，但內在精神的自由是不可剝奪的，你可以決定自己要成為什麼樣的人。
不過這部不推薦給正處在絕望狀態的人看，看完後大概不會覺得比較有希望，反而是經歷或已經走出這種狀態的人會比較有同感的感覺。
男主角各種瞎，這麼血汗的公司，竟然要一個完全不認識的人敲醒他，才知道「啊，原來我還能離職Ｒ」，被銃康還以為自己錯了，還一直感謝加害人前輩幫忙擦屁股，一個完全不認識的人竟能變成好朋友，這部電影充滿一堆吐槽點，沒錯，不過現實中的你我或許也有可能成為像主角這樣的人，在絕望中無奈的苟且活著。
想想主角在這間公司待了至少一年（從爸媽說去東京一年半判斷），這樣的公司可以待這麼久，我也是醉了，待在公司每天不斷地被羞辱，也沒什麼朋友，這樣的環境待久了，自我價值感低落也不意外，連自己長什麼樣子應該都搞不清楚了，處於這種狀態，絕對每天恍恍惚惚，覺得自己真的是廢物，不敢輕易換工作（廢物怎麼換工作QQ），只要有問題絕對是懷疑自己哪裡做錯了（我是廢物欸當然是我錯>"<而且公司業績最好的前輩還主動幫我，我怎麼可能還懷疑她），這時有個疑似國小同學的人跟你相認，你情緒急需出口，雖然後來發現根本不是國小同學，但對方人不錯又幽默，就真的變朋友了，換個角度想，這個各種瞎的劇情好像就變得沒這麼瞎了。
雖然主角最後很瞎的跑到萬那杜當義工，
不過這不會影響其想要傳達的價值，
如果你剛好對現狀沒什麼自信，你願意去做什麼樣的改變呢？
「希望一直都在，只是偶爾被掩埋了而已」。

The movie's evaluation in Taiwan is not very good. I think this is a so-so movie but not very bad. Just didn't need to go movie theater.
The title of this movie in Taiwan called 「quit！I fire the sweatshop」. It's irrelevant about the movie's value. Its English title is better than Chinese title. 「To each his own」 means everybody can treat their life in their way. Just like Viktor E. Frankl the man who created Meaning therepy said nobody can limit your spirit.
If you feel hopeless now, didn't recommond you watch this movie. I think the movie will not bring hope. If you used to been the hopeless of state, maybe you can have some sympathy about this movie.
The title role is very stupid. Stayed in a sweatshop, didn't know he can leave the company until somebody tell him how to do. Didn't know himself be framed and express his gratitude to the woman who framed him. Somebody the title role totally don't know who he is can become a good friend. Many unreasonalbe point in this movie. But maybe we will become the title man sometimes. Live in the desperately.
The title man stay in this company over one year. The title man was insulted everyday and didn't have any friend. Stay in this enviorment , it's not surprise to have low-esteem.
Think himself as a useless man, afraid to change job. Something is wrong must his bad. In the mean time, your elementary mate appear, you need somebody to talk. Althogh you found him not your classmate, you still think the man is humor and nice. So you really become friends. It's happening if you change your angle.
In the end, the title man becmoe a volunteer in Vanuato. Still very unreasonable.
But the most important is the value which it want to conveyed.
If you don't self-confident at this moment, what will you do to change?
「hope is always been there, just be covered sometimes」
