The advantage of being a wife to a good food truck owner is that you get to eat some good food truck's food. Burger Giler Power is the brain child of my husband simply because he loves food, especially Western food, burgers.

He and his brother, danielwong@danielwong always come out with new food to further inspire their customers. I always tell them that if we have all the money, we will properly advertise our brand because I tell you, their patty is 100% homemade with good part of meat and no preservatives, even a non-burger eater like me, also look forward to eating their burgers.

Okay, enough of promoting. Ahem... 😂

Recently, they came out with Irish Lamb Stew served with original mash potatoes (from real potatoes and not powder) and pickled vegetables. One bite will make you want for more!!!

However, we could not finish selling it mainly because it was holiday season and everyone was travelling everywhere, and would not want to dine at food trucks, plus it was always raining heavily during the time of sales.

Husband brought back the leftover, and I was super duper happy to finish it.

I decided to have no-carbs dinner because I really need to keep fit a little. So I combo it with steamed cauliflower. It went well with the lamb stew's gravy. Seriously, oh my...it was heavenly.

Yummylicious!

I could talk over and over again about their food, so I better stop now. 😊

Thank you for coming by.
