Forget sunblock. Nature provides shade trees for a reason.
Use your head and also supply your mitochondria with direct sunlight from uv and IRA. Yes, that's the sun...it's been there since before we got here...and sunblock didn't exist, just like cancer was rare before we "technologied up" and started killing our Mitochondrial symbiotic friends. Their bacterial DNA don't like our tech/artificial light.
They love natural light.
At the right times.
Before 9am get your body exposed as much as you can...after 9am, hit the shade, not the sunblock bottle of mitochondrial sufferage.
After 4pm, get that shirt off and get into some direct sunshine again!
No shirt, no shoes...no problem!
We came naked into the world. It's how we stay healthy.
