It has always been my dream to decorate every detail of a house of my own. Since this is still a work in progress , I had to divert my attention to something else and I ended up decorating the little space I have currently =) .
For those who are not familiar with how things work in the UAE, having your own personal room here is almost a luxury. But I am really happy that I share a room with people whom I love so its still not bad. I love them because they allow me to decorate our room the way I want to ( HAHA) . So , a week ago we were just strolling and we found a shop selling wonderful vintage plates . I figured it would be a great idea to get some and use it to decorate our room.
These are the pictures of what I purchased first.
- Who doesn't love The Beatles???? , I grew up listening to these songs because of my father ...( Hey Jude, Yesterday, In my life)
- I am a music lover, I guess at some point we all are..
A week after that , we went back to the same store and I couldn't help but check if they have new designs... and look.. I ended up buying more....( I just couldn't leave the store without taking these beauties with me =) )
- I just like how these plates bring back the old days to life. They may look old but they are undeniably AMAZING in my eyes.
I have not placed the ones i just bought but I will sure do, just have to figure out where =) ..after putting them to places , I'll sure post pictures to show you how they look.
