Thanks so much for this post. You awaken despite being off for so long. Trust is really a complicated issue and a very fast topic. It builds and tears down a relationship, company and even a nation if not properly used. Many has trust issues and I think they shouldn't be blamed for it but always aid them through to awaken their trust again
