I got to know cryptocurrency from my elder brother, he was so into cryptocurrency up till this day. Back then I wasn't interested, even when he talked about it I did not bother to ask questions but he still showed me the way into the crypto place. The first time I got interested in cryptocurrency was all splinterlands doing, I remembered when my brother was always on his laptop I began to wonder what he was always doing on the PC that he spends a lot of time on.
Then I decided to have a glimpse on his PC and see what got his whole attention, then I saw he was playing a card game and I asked him what it was, he explained how splinterland works, so I decided to give it a try and the rest is history.
Cryptocurrency has made an impact on my life and I am very grateful for that. I live in a country where if you don't know anyone it will be impossible to get a job or even make it in life. The government is so corrupt that they don't care about the well-being of the country and are only in power to fill up its pockets.
The level of unemployed youth is on the high side in my country and when the president was asked what the cause he said the youths are lazy, I can speak for all that we are not lazy, I know how many jobs I have done to make ends meet and provide in my little way for my family before I got into crypto.
I can still remember the early years before crypto, it was tough for me and my family after losing the breadwinner of the family(my dad). I wonder how my family would survive because it was tough, but luckily crypto came in and has helped me get by through those tough times.
One way or the other crypto has gone a long way for many people, it might not be much but it has done a lot. I believe cryptocurrency is here to stay and I am looking forward to what it brings in the future.
