Greetings to all Splinterlands players and hive gaming community! Playing in the Frontier has just become more interesting. There is a Lux's Favor wheel to get players logging in daily.
Players can win sparks currency and use them to buy skins from the daily prize wheel.
Players can spin the Lux's Favor Prize Wheel once per daily. The wheel can award various prizes like:
Pit Challenges (PvE Battles)
One possible outcome from the wheel is a Pit Challenge.
This is a game where you fight a boss like in the campaign. You choose a difficulty level and try to defeat the encounter using your available Frontier cards. Successfully completing these challenges can grant Sparks.
The hardest opponent is Eagle Libre.
Just look at his stats and skills. He is anti magic, high attack, high armor and high life stats. I thought about how to beat this guy because it should be possible. Then I remembered the troll mission in the campaign. The key was to dodge his attacks. Therefore, I used the same strategy I used versus the troll. I used Fire and Scales of Justice for maximum speed and Dodge skills.
I put my best attackers attackers in the back. They are my highest attackers that I can find.
Eagle Libre has high attack of eight but his speed is no match for Scales of Justice especially aided by the Fire archon adding one more speed. Scales of Justice dodged most attacks. Some attacks hit their mark but it was absorbed by the armor first. My team reduced Eagle Libre's armor and health. It took many rounds and Scales of Justice soon died. But it was enough time for my team to win against this challenge.

Join a Guild
If you are a player with few cards in your deck. Join a guild that can assist you to grow in Splinterlands. You can join brawls to earn SPS, enjoy reward multipliers and shop discounts. Since joining a guild, I'm adding my cards by buying from the shop and the market. This makes the game more fun and add progression. If you're not a guild member yet, now is the time to find one.
