God made the heavens and the earth and everything known to man today. He even made man in his likeness and has given all man on the face of the earth the madate to multiply and subdue the earth. God is a loving father who searchet the heart. He knows our problems even before we consider to speak out. Yet he protects all man including does who do not believe in him and even those who go against his words constantly.
A good instance to verify that God protects everyone including sinners is that when it rains every roof gets wet including that of sinners. When the sun shines, everybody including sinners makes hay while the sun is still up. Not once have I ever heard that rain fell in a particular area and that some particular houses didn't experience the rain or the cold that comes with it.

So one can understand according the teachings of bro. Eli that God does not discriminate protection for any man on the surface of the earth. However, he builds a special protection around those who fear Him.
