Throughout our life very much crucial in our life is to be getting stability and to get stable one of the most used approach in our life is to get dependent on something and by this I mean of getting some financial stability and you get that similar TV get dependent on someone else and that we is that we work for someone else to get a payout bit but the thing is that because of our efforts and the quality and amount of our efforts that effort is directly proportional to the growth of the owner of that particular hub.
Morales the things we get out of that thing is not that much worth it if we are really very much dedicated and the efforts of our are really upto the mark all of those collective efforts of a lot of people are just going to the development of that particular firm.
Specifically there is nothing wrong in that but mostly it is that your efforts and the ability that you are having might not be getting to its full potential if you just keep on doing what you are doing because it is kind of like a slavery because you are told to be doing something and you are given a target and you have to achieve that rather than getting full independence on to whatever you want to do and however you want to run whatever you want to run is not there.
Feel the moment we all will be dependent on some sort of stability let it be the financial one or any kind of stability in our life we will not be ever be able to be reaching the actual potential that we are having in ourselves because we will always be limiting ourselves in some or the other way as in the case of financial stability we are working under someone and we are bound with certain restrictions and you will find certain restrictions in all the aspects wherever you are dependent but if you are independent then you are not having any boundations.
In this modern world of increasing competitiveness every now and then people are moving towards independent kind of the abilities in all of the aspect they can develop it in yes it will definitely take a very long amount of time but surely change is coming as you can see in a lot of efforts in modern world as well which are just growing and developing and you cant imagine the things that we are going to face in the coming future.
If we just hope on to certain kind of things right from now then it will be definitely a very big Upper Hand for ourselves once the entire society switches to something like that because it is what is going to be most probably. As we do see that the satisfaction level of a lot of employees is not that upto the mark in most of the company's all around the world but definitely if you are completely on your own or at least you are something that of a leader then also you are having message opportunities to grow and let others grow as well.
