What was noticeable at the England vs Tunisia was the amount of insects hovering around the players heads. It looked like Stirling was particularly harassed by them. If England have to play in this stadium again then their secret weapon might not be Harry Kane but insect repellant.
Apparently the football stadium is built next to the river Volga and during this hot session it is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and midges. After half time it was very noticeable that Stirling from the English team was concentration more on batting the insects away than playing football, hence he was substituted off the pitch because he was having a bad bug day.
Oh and that Tunisian penalty where it looked like the English player bashed the Tunisian player on the head... it was no more than him attempting to swat away some flies.
