You’re probably the most negative person you know — and you don’t even realize it.
Not because you're cruel to others. But because of what you say to yourself when no one's listening.
"I'm so dumb." "Things never work out for me." "I always miss the opportunities." You speak these things without thinking. You don't even hear your own words. But every time you say them, you're programming your reality. You're speaking limitation into existence.
Here's what separates the wealthy from everyone else: rich people give themselves pep talks when they're alone. They stand in front of the mirror and say, "I'm a winner. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired, and I'm going to make this happen." Not for an audience. Not for applause. For themselves.
Most people criticize themselves constantly. They judge, they condemn, they beat themselves up. And then they wonder why nothing changes.
Your words create your world. If you listened to a recording of everything you said to yourself last week, would you be shocked by how much negativity you're feeding your subconscious?
What would happen if you started giving yourself the same pep talks the wealthy give themselves?
