What a great scene!

Finally, it was time to paint in the mech! I based its design on the plate amour of the European middle ages, working them to fit with the bulky and staggered movements of a human-piloted mechanised walking vehicle (what a mouthful!).

Lol indeed, a mouthful! I love how the armor ended up coming together. Like a medieval Optimus Prime! Minus the sentient-ness. (Oh yeah making up words my teachers would be so proud). The mech looks absolutely massive on the 'scape!

PS: I love the Art insight of the week! It's so true! Every growing artist should really take that message to heart. Mistakes will happen (we alllll make 'em). But the fun part is that eventually, you will learn how to easily correct or adapt to those mistakes.
