I do not believe the conversations you and I have about downvotes are productive.

I think our other conversations that are not about downvotes are productive and those conversations have helped me gain perspective along the way.

If you want to say I am abusing other people by downvoting based on KE that is your prerogative. I am not going to fight you regardless what you say about me. I disagree though. I think that is a mischaracterizing of me and a mischaracterization of downvotes.

HIVE is free. You are allowed to say what you want. I am allowed not to respond. I go out of my way to respond to people. I could be doing other things right now like watching the new episode of Fall Out. I am not doing that. I am talking to you.

I no longer want to talk about this topic with you. It does not feel nuanced. Most things you are open to being proved wrong but I think you have a particular passion for this issue that I cannot compete with.

It is good to be passionate and argue for your beliefs.

But sometimes the person on the other side just can't take it anymore and has to step away.

If you are interested in talking about other things I would love to keep talking with you about other things.

I think on downvotes we are just going to have to agree to disagree. That's ok. If we agreed on everything that would mean one of us is a liar... LOL
