I think everyone here is tired of losing money and being the bad guy.

• Whales get blamed because people don't care if a "rich" person made a bad investment and people expect a Whale to keep losing money out of fairness for the little guy.

• Small accounts get blamed for extracting because people do not care if someone gets caught doing "shady" things and most people like seeing accountability (here accountability usually happens via downvotes)

Maybe both sides are right and both sides are wrong at the same time? Is this true? I don't know 🤷‍♂. But whatever is happening on HIVE TODAY is clearly dysfunctional. I can feel it and I can read it; I am not unique. Most people on HIVE that care about HIVE feel this and can read this. When I buy HIVE I can see this very clearly. I buy HIVE and people are grateful; this is VERY strange. This is a good signal AND a bad signal; it is VERY strange.

If you can try to figure out how to make a disfunction become less prevalent and encourage an environment where people want to add value; this is worth a lot but not possible to add a $ value to it.

I wish I could point to a textbook and say, "this is where I learned this." But I cannot. I have learned in life, if you isolate the root cause of pain and try to address it, that "fixes" enough things to create value. Addressing root causes of pain for other people, at my own expense, rarely helps me; so far, it seems like HIVE is the exception.
