I used to smoke. It wasn’t 2 packs but still a daily habit. One thing that helped me quit was not smoking the last 30% of a cigarette. I started doing Zyns recently but these are almost harder to quit

I got to 7 days but then had some brews on day 8. I am going to restart again and shoot for 2 weeks this next time. I’m also thinking about quitting nicotine but that’s tbd!
