I think the hardest part about capturing sunsets is perfectly capturing the middle exposure point between the highlights and lowlights, and then accordingly adjusting them so it doesn't come out with too much contrast. These images look alright for what they are, but it does seem like the dynamic range was a little narrow. Not a bad try though. Were they captured as an HDR image? That might make it easier. :)
