Manchester City has signed Benjamin Mendy from Monaco for a deal of £52 million pounds making him the most expensive defender of all time.
City previously levelled the world record when they signed Kyle Walker from Tottenham for a fee of around £ 45 million.
Mendy have became their fourth major signing of the summer.
