This is a beautifully put together article. I enjoyed the read. It's very important to be able to look at a situation and see the advantages. One has to learn this ability. Whether leaders are born or made one may never know. But every human owes it to him/herself to develop leadership skills, seek knowledge, learn from other people's experiences.
