I've heard tons of stories from people that Siquijor was a scary place because of some superstitious beliefs from our elders. And never would I have thought that something as beautiful as this is something that people have avoided for many years. Perhaps our elders just did not want for others to find out how beautiful Siquijor actually is hahaha.
