Most people will never approach their work or jobs with a "How does this align with who I am?" mindset. It is my belief that this is the major reason why so many people are unhappy with their jobs. I used to be one of those people until I quit on the spot at my old warehouse job. That job wasn't taking me where I wanted to go in life so I ditched it and never looked back. At this point in my life I have committed to living my life aligned with my purpose and helping others to do the same in their own lives.
