If you didn't know, Las Vegas is a melting pot. People from all over the country and world go to live there.
But in particular from what I've read and heard, many Californians are deciding to call Vegas home as well. Also the Raiders are moving their NFL team there as well.
I'm just really curious to know how the rental market will be impacted by the influx of these groups of people.
