There is no such thing as a one man leadership model within the church. You will never find that in scripture. PERIOD.
People act as if leadership within the church doesn't matter and they act as if it doesn't impact church life.
I am here to share some insight into what scripture lays out in that regard and I also want to share why its important for church leadership has to be revamped to fit what scripture teaches.
