I deposited all my CPC from Bittrex to this exchange. But after i saw my transaction on block explorer, Livecoin's wallet was out of sync.
2 hours from that time, the wallet was online but my fund was still missed.
Then the wallet was offline three days to now
I sent them a ticket then they answered me "We don't fu*king now when CPC wallet is available"
