Routinely, I always come across situations in which I just observe, think and analyze the situations that the people impose. Many of which I myself have been through and I try in these moments of reflection to try to remind myself that I shouldn't take the same attitudes.
The fact this time is people begging for attention from other people who don't care about them, who just use them when they need to and then throw them away. The very naive and deluded victim fails to notice this and is sad, either because they want the other person to change, come from behind and value them. Well... Appreciation comes from us first, we who must value ourselves and not let anyone interfere with our emotional psychological state and the first few times that the person shows devaluation and lack of interest that we know how to perceive and we leave that as much as possible. before, because after it can be b m worse.

Rotineiramente eu sempre me deparo com situações em que eu fico apenas observando, pensando e analisando as situações que o povo se impõe. Muitas das quais eu mesmo já passei por isso e tento nesses momentos de reflexão tentar me lembrar que eu não devo tomar as mesmas atitudes.
O fato dessa vez é pessoas implorando ter atenção de outras pessoas que não estão nem aí para elas, que apenas os usam na hora que precisam e depois jogam fora. A vítima muito ingênua e iludida não consegue notar isso e fica triste, quer por quer que a outra pessoa mude, venha de trás e que a valorize. Oras... A valorização parte de nós primeiro, nós que devemos nos valorizar e não deixar que ninguém venha a interferir em nosso estado psicológico emocional e nas primeiras vezes que a pessoa demonstrar desvalorização e falta de interesse que saibamos perceber e deixamos isso o quanto antes, pois depois pode ser b m pior.
