What do you mean ? As in only these roles are allowed to comment but those roles can post ? This exists already with community type 2 / 3

Eeeh that's a whole can of worms but some of the onboarding services have that already. I belive it'll be easier once we have light accounts (@blocktrades) is brainstorming on it AFAIK.

I like the option for different types of community but that could also be filtered by role if possible.

So you would want more roles right ? Right now it's filtered by membership, which is a role

Personally I would love to be able to activate ads on a community that I was mod and link it to a hive account where revenue bought hive off the external market and fed it automatically to the mods account.

I really like that idea too, but it is quite difficult to pull off if I recall @asgarth and the peakd team tried that as an experiment a while ago

We need to start generating income from our time and content so that would be a huge addition to communities if there was a way to add it in.
