These are good ideas to research further.

• As I have explained in my post on multivote rule, more than one vote favors big owners. Still, 3 votes would much better than the current 30 and maybe easier to swallow.

• Introducing power-up time instead of an instant one is a great idea to introduce more stability!

• Reducing to 5% or any number not feasible, as token owner can always split her stake between many accounts as needed.
