A police officer in South Carolina saved a dog from a scorching hot car for the second time in three weeks. While the owners were eating in Golden Corral for over an hour, the officer was able to unlock the door and save the dog.

Thanks to this officer for recognizing this situation and taking action to save the dog as she did for two puppies a few weeks earlier. And for crying out loud people, stop leaving your animals in a hot, sweltering car in this sweltering heat. A little common sense can go a long ways sometimes.
