An old quote attributed to Albert Einstein says that insanity is always doing the same thing expecting different results. It has been proven that these words were never uttered by the extraordinary physicist, although of course attributing them to him gives them an edge of genius, the phrase, according to different historians and researchers of Einstein's life, believe that it was mentioned in a novel written by Rita Mae Brown, it is also said that before this author, some have found evidence of her mention by Jane Fulton and she has even been found in a pamphlet created and distributed by an association of alcoholics anonymous some years before the novel but also several after Einstein's physical disappearance.
Be that as it may, the phrase is constantly applied to the actions of the monetary control agencies of the United States and also to the various central banks as well as their ministers of economy and finance that exist throughout the planet, at least the belonging to the liberal or pseudo-liberal side.
In the United States, another bank is in trouble and the solution is for it to be absorbed by a more powerful one, the same recipe is applied to the repetitive problem, nobody thinks of going to the roots, for now, it is enough to sweep the garbage under the rug. On the other hand, the Fed raises rates again for the tenth time since they began their private battle against inflation.
Here in my country, the various stocks for the dollar and other currencies do not stop growing and now, surprisingly, the BCRA announced yesterday a communication that literally says: "Payment service providers that offer payment accounts will not be able to carry out nor facilitate operations with digital assets, including crypto assets, for their clients. This a very hard blow for several Fintech companies that had achieved a great impact and extraordinary growth in both the local and Latin American markets with this kind of service.
The measure is understood, neither from the financial aspect nor in terms of what will happen to this sector that was showing itself to be active, creative and that demanded more and more specialists in various areas of information technology, finance, insurance and even advertising.
Another shot in the foot and there is almost nothing left to walk on. Surely for this reason the government wobbles aimlessly and without ideas that are not the same repeated and failed ones.

Se ha comprobado que esas palabras jamás fueron pronunciadas por el extraordinario físico aunque por supuesto atribuírselas les dan un ribete de genialidad, la frase, a decir de diferentes historiadores e investigadores de la vida de Einstein creen que fue mencionada en una novela escrita por Rita Mae Brown, también se dice que antes que esta autora, algunos han encontrado evidencias de su mención por parte de Jane Fulton y hasta se la ha encontrado en un folleto creado y distribuido por una asociación de alcohólicos anónimos algunos años antes de la novela pero también varios después de la desaparición física de Einstein.
Como sea, la frase se aplica constantemente a las acciones de los organismos de control monetario de los Estados Unidos y también a los diversos bancos centrales así como a sus ministros de economía y finanzas que existen a lo largo y ancho del planeta, al menos los pertenecientes al costado liberal o pseudo liberal.
En Estados Unidos otro banco se encuentra en problemas y la solución es que sea absorbido por uno más poderoso, la misma receta aplicada al repetitivo problema, a nadie se le ocurre ir a las raíces, por ahora basta con barrer la basura debajo de la alfombra. Por otra parte la FED vuelve a aumentar la tasas por décima vez desde que comenzaron su batalla privada contra la inflación.
Aquí en mi país los diversos cepos al dólar y otras divisas no paran de crecer y ahora de forma sorpresiva el BCRA anunció en el día de ayer una comunicación que dice textualmente: "los proveedores de servicios de pago que ofrecen cuentas de pago no podrán realizar ni facilitar a sus clientes las operaciones con activos digitales, incluidos los criptoactivos". Un durísimo golpe para varias Fintech que habían logrado un gran impacto y un crecimiento extraordinario tanto en el mercado local como en el latinoamericano con esa clase de servicios.
La medida no se entiende, ni desde el aspecto financiero ni en cuanto a que ocurrirá con ese sector que se estaba mostrando activo, creativo y que demandaba cada vez más, especialistas en varios rubros de la informática, las finanzas, seguros y hasta publicidad.
Otro tiro en el pie y ya casi no queda nada para caminar. Seguramente por eso el gobierno tambalea sin rumbo y sin ideas que no sean las mismas repetidas y fracasadas.
Locura, según quien lo haya definido de esa manera.
