Three Tune Tuesday is back, and this week it is three stone cold classics. Thanks to
1. Front Line Assembly - Mindphaser
This one hits like a cyberpunk dancefloor anthem. Pounding EBM bass, cold synth stabs, and Bill Leeb barking over the top of it all. If you like your electronic music dark and driving, this is essential listening.
2. Nine Inch Nails - Head Like a Hole
The track that dragged industrial rock into the mainstream and it still sounds ferocious. Gritty guitars, that stomping beat, and a chorus you cannot get out of your head. Turn it up loud.
3. The Sisters of Mercy - Temple of Love
Closing out with a goth dancefloor giant. Deep baritone vocals, a pulsing drum machine, and a melody that just keeps rolling. The 1992 version adds Ofra Haza haunting voice on top, and it is pure atmosphere.
Which of the three is your pick this week? Let me know in the comments.
