This is a great lesson @samminator. I love the two points you made, they are so true. Most of us don't know how to manage our income when it comes and that is why we still run into deficit at the end of the day.

Talking about taking care of our health, this is a really great challenge as some persons don't believe in going to the hospital for checkups or even treatment but the wise thing to do is to always take care of our health.
