I will say you thinking overnight to make decisions is your decision making process, love. And as for the fact that once you’ve made a decision it’s hard to go back on that decision, I’m very sure it has its advantages and disadvantages. My advice will be that you should just make sure it’s not a decision based on your personal opinions that you hold unto for long because not all our opinions or perceptions about things is correct or true.

Asking for advice is a good one too. And like you rightly said, they are humans too so in the end it all boils down to what you want or think is best. For me, I most times take my decisions based on what the Bible has taught (especially those ones that are clearly written) and it has helped me a lot even in doing away with my own personal opinions and all.

But in all, one thing I have learned is that whatever the outcome of my decision brings, I’m fully responsible for it. Knowing that, I always try to make better decisions because I don’t want to always end up bearing the burden of a bad decision.

Thanks for sharing your framework with us, love. I have tried it some times and it works too for me. ❤️
